Нужно ли ухаживать за рулем и как это делать? Однозначно — да!
Со временем кожа на руле под воздействием солнца, влажности, температуры, постоянного контакта с руками и прочего воздействия усыхает, теряет эластичность и внешний вид, вытирается, на поверхности могут образовываться трещины. Чтобы избежать подобных неприятностей и как можно дольше сохранить руль в хорошем состоянии, необходимо использовать специальные средства по уходу за кожей автомобиля.
Есть же разница, сколько прослужит двигатель с маслом и без масла? Или кузов автомобиля с защитой и уходом или без них? Так же и с рулём (да и вообще со всем салоном автомобиля).
Средства по уходу за кожей автомобиля делятся на две группы — очистители и кондиционеры (здесь же крем-воски).
1 — Очистители удаляют грязь.
2 — Кондиционеры (иногда их ещё называют крем для кожи) защищают кожу, делают мягче, сохраняют внешний вид.
Наносить кондиционер на грязный руль — не зер гуд.
Поэтому сначала нужно удалить грязь очистителем, потом нанести кондиционер (для экокожи кондиционер особо не нужен, хотя и не помешает. Она не сохнет, как натуральная кожа, у нее другая структура).
Что касается средств 2 в 1: очиститель и кондиционер в одном флаконе… Очень компромиссный вариант. Но можете попробовать, вдруг вам зайдет.
Как самому выбрать очиститель и кондиционер?
Во-первых, сразу отсекаем недорогие средства.
Во-вторых, в составе средств по уходу за кожей не должно быть спирта и растворителей. Они сотрут всю краску, верхний защитный слой, кожа от них станет дубовой.
В-третьих, если на упаковке написано, что кроме кожи подходит ещё и для пластика, винила, резины и т.д., тоже брать не стоит.
В-четвертых, такое же средство, как на ближайшей автомойке, лучше не использовать (там другая суть — произвести максимальный вау-эффект на клиента при минимальных затратах).
Самое лучшее — это использовать то, с чем работают в хороших детейлинг — центрах.
Дороговато, но качественно.
Верхний слой автомобильной кожи — это по сути плёнка из полимеров. И если использовать слишком активный очиститель (а недорогие и универсальные средства обычно имеют агрессивную формулу), то можно этот верхний слой просто удалить или повредить. То же самое может произойти, если использовать жёсткую губку, или слишком долго и усердно тереть.
В группу кондиционеров также входит крем для кожи (или крем-воск). В его составе преобладают натуральные вещества — воск, масла и т.д. Для ухода за натуральной кожей Nappa лучше использовать не простой кондиционер, а крем-воск.
Важно — не допускайте попадания влаги на срез кожи и обратную сторону. Кожа может начать деформироваться и потерять внешний вид.
Также важно наносить на руль необходимый минимум автохимии — лишнее ни к чему. Иногда достаточно совсем чуть-чуть крема или очистителя.
Ещё один момент: кожа Nappa довольно мягкий материал (но износостойкий), мягче, чем кожа на заводских рулях или кожа других текстур. За неё тактильно удобнее держаться, но и нужно более аккуратное обращение.
Никогда не стоит использовать средства для обуви в уходе за кожей в салоне автомобиля. Как бы привлекательно это не выглядело.
Ещё одно табу — меламиновая губка. В салоне авто ей не место.
Каких производителей выбрать? Сейчас на рынке много автокосметики от разных производителей, в том числе и хорошей. Выбирайте по принципу доступности (но не дешевизны), отзывов и разумного подхода.
Из профессиональных — LeTech (он же Furnitur cleanic) и Lederzentrum — они делают средства специально для кожи. У обоих этих производителей есть сайты на русском языке.
Есть ещё хорошая фирменная автохимия под маркой некоторых автопроизводителей, например BMW или Audi.
Как часто ухаживать за рулем? Раз в 3 — 4 месяца достаточно. Понемногу, но регулярно.
Чистая и новая кожа не блестит, не должна блестеть. Блеск появляется после использования кондиционера или крем-воска.
Ещё один важный момент — если вдруг заметили на руле какую-то царапину, пятно, вмятинку и т.д., не пытайтесь сами это исправить. Обратитесь к тем, кто занимается этим профессионально. 9 из 10, что сами сделаете ещё хуже. Проверено.
И совет, который не относится напрямую к уходу за рулём. Если вы запланировали в ближайшее время сделать сход-развал, то делайте его после замены руля.
Важный момент (особенно в последнее время) — не протирайте руль антисептиком или дезинфицирующими салфетками. Они содержат спирт, который будет сушить кожу и разрушать верхний слой. Конечно, без обработки сейчас не обойтись, но это вредит коже в салоне автомобиля.
ВАЖНО! Не оставляйте руль под прямыми солнечными лучами и не допускайте нагрева в жаркую погоду. Ставьте машину в тени (по возможности) и пользуйтесь защитным экраном на лобовое стекло.
И напоследок, возможно, самое главное — лучше вообще ничего не делать с рулём, чем испортить его дешёвой или некачественной автохимией, или кривыми руками.
